Have you ever thought about the way we speak to one another and realized the words we use to communicate create pictures? We speak the word house and the person we are speaking to doesn’t spell out the letters for house in their mind but rather immediately pictures their own vision of a house.
That is why the way you see things in your mind is the way you talk. You see a brightly colored open and airy house in your mind and that image becomes the way you talk. Because that is what you see on the inside, that is what you go about creating for yourself within the confines of your own house until it becomes the home you see in your mind.
The same is true of your self-image. The way you see yourself in your mind is the way you will project yourself to others in your picture language. Spend time seeing yourself the way God sees you by studying His word and finding out what He says about you. If you do this consistently multiple times a day for the next thirty days, you will revolutionize your image of yourself. Your life will get better, I guarantee it.

Beautiful reminder. What we believe about ourselves shapes how we live. May we always see ourselves through the eyes of the One who created us and remember that we are loved beyond measure.
